Glow for HD
The Huntington’s Sports Club is partnering with Glow Yoga and the Huntington’s Disease Society of America (HDSA) for a donation-based movement class that blends mindfulness, movement, and purpose. Join us for Glow for HD, a guided yoga flow led by Glow Yoga owner Chelsea Duke, designed to support individuals and families impacted by Huntington’s Disease.
This dynamic class will combine grounding breathwork, strength, and intentional movement—all fitness levels welcome. It’s not just about showing up on your mat, it’s about moving for something bigger.
All proceeds directly support HDSA’s mission to improve the lives of those affected by Huntington’s Disease and to fund research for a cure. Stick around after class for a silent auction, raffles, local pop-ups, and community connections.
